A Truly Last Minute Gift

December 24, 2015 Aika Danayeva
Coconut Scrub

Happy Christmas Eve, everyone! If you've somehow managed to avoid buying Christmas presents and lo and behold, it is now time to do so! Well you're in luck! You can make this awesome coconut oil scrub (which I have gifted before and gotten positive results) and it'll take you less than 10 minutes. Also, you can use this scrub for anything. In this instance, I gifted it as a lip scrub.

You'll need:

  • Coconut Oil (mine's from TJ's, of course)
  • Brown sugar
  • Lemon juice

All you need to do is squeeze the lemon juice, dump some coconut oil and brown sugar, mix it all together and put it in cute containers (I liked mine on the coarser side, so I add more brown sugar) And voila! Christmas saved!

TIP: Don't use any soap to wash off oil. Instead wash it off with warm water, pat dry and rub in the rest. Your hands and lips will be so soft. You'll see what I mean, just try it!

Merry Merry Christmas everyone!
