I'm not a fan of candy corn, but I do love me some shortbread cookies. I found this recipe and whipped up some delicious goodies for the roomies. I made a mistake of rolling out the dough too thin, but the end result was still sooooo good. In fact, the next day I was looking for a cookie to take with me to my internship, but they were all gone! This is definitely a crowd pleaser! Happy Halloween :-)
