So you know how marshmallows and macarons just happen? Like you go the store, and they're just there? I mean, who makes macarons? French fairies, thats who! But then I stumbled on Sprinkles for Breakfast blog and she just broke it down. My only word of advise, read the entire recipe prior to proceeding as well as her tips and tricks. The results were lights, almond-y, chewy and exactly what a macaron should taste like. I hope you give it a try, it's a lot easier than I thought it would be and I felt like a French fairy.
