You know that lull right before spring starts, it's almost here, but not quite. And if you're in NYC, you just get slammed with a snow storm, for old time's sake. So the weather has been hovering over 40's, at times even being as warm as 70 (in February!). Next week is daylight savings time, the days will be longer and hopefully warmer. What better way to will it than to start wearing more florals. Who What Wear and Target always whip up some goodies and this skirt was no exception, layered with a pastel pink sweater from H&M to keep you warm, for the time being.
